The company has been great at replying to emails, and communication has been really good at keeping customers and investors updated with all of the videos that have been sent out on multiple social sites. Patience has been needed to understand how the COVID-19 shutdown has affected all supply chain vendors and the effect it has produced in a slow to market product. I believe the company will work out all of these kinks and eventually will be the strongest contender in the charging industry. When workers get back to work in all industries, then the production of MAGFAST should run smoothly.
