Was I doubt about looking at the space with strangers? It seemed like a recipe for the disaster. But after a month, I have completely changed. Everything is installed for you, the house is clean and modern, and people are surprisingly not terrible. No strange cragslist roommates, no strange venmo requests for utilities, and no sketch landlord does not give you ghosts. Just a stress-free, trick-to-house house with a built-in social life. This is the clever way to live in NYC, and I am not convinced that I have not taken it soon today.
