As a product manager I find fantastic how thoughtfully the platform is designed around real user needs. Instead of overwhelming you with endless listings, if feels much more curated and relevant.
What needs improvement
One thing that I could be improved is giving more context around each role for example insights lik team size, product stage. Or hiring urgency would be really helpful from a product perspective.
vs Alternatives
Before choosing Opslify, I looked at platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and a few other remote job boards. While they have a large number of listening, it often felt overwhelming and a lot of roles were either outdated or already floored with applicants. I also considered platforms that focus only on remote jobs, but many of them lacked consistency in quality. Opslify stood out because the listings feel more curated, and th early access aspect gives a real advantage, making th whole process feel more efficient and purposeful.
