Buying the ticket on the app was good but the pick up for the ticket was stressful. No one knew where we had to go and when we went to at the top where it said on the instructions no one at the desk knew and said it was only for burj khalifa. When we finally got the tickets from a different desk and got to the boat we cud of just bought tickets there
