XParts.IN is actually running a very brilliant scam where they have covered popular review sites with their content writers writing generic content pieces about replacement parts mentioning every brands of electronic products out there to funnel in users who are desperate to find first party replacement products which are still hard to find in India where options like ifixit and ebay are non-existent. They will send you a defective third party product and have no refund policy to speak of. It is a classic bait and switch scam where they send you a defective product and keep asking you for small amounts of money in different stages in the name of delivery and replacement charges until the amount becomes substantial and then they start ignoring your communications. I have been harassed for 2 months after which they ghosted my issue. Do not use their service, better get your replacement parts for your laptops / mobile phone from amazon or local stores as they have a solid refund policy. I will be pressing for harsh legal action against them as a matter of principle where such companies are harming the DIY right to repair scene in a nascent market like India.
