Paid for my bird buddy years ago. I have been requesting a refund for months but they claimed to have trouble issuing the refund via Kickstarter. They then claim to have shipped my item anyway despite me sending them my bank details to arrange the refund. Item not received yet and they claim there is 'nothing they can do' now it has been dispatched. I will have to return the item on receiving it. Communication and customer support has been slow/lacking throughout this whole process and ultimately I feel let down. Would not recommend. I do not trust this company.
