What was the biggest eye-opener for you after turning on paid subscriptions?

When we were focused purely on user growth, tracking signups gave us an instant high.

But transition to paid subscriptions changed the whole game cancellations hit much harder, and they forced us to take a close look at our actual retention data.

It was surprising to see that most churn came down to habits and daily integration not a lack of tools or updates.

Simple vs detailed pricing pages, Which one actually converts better for you?

We recently removed our complex tier comparison table and replaced it with a short description and one clear CTA.

We expected conversions to drop while we redesigned it but they actually jumped from 1.9% to 3.4%.

My theory is that the detailed table made potential buyers feel like they were doing homework instead of just signing up. But maybe our old tier names were just confusing.
