This company has the worst customer service. I tried to cancel and order 10 minutes after placing it, but was told they cannot cancel due to impact to product integrity. They also say on their website that they are like 3-7 days behind, so there is no way the product has even been put in a box. Their actions just show lazy and poor customer service.
