Hi Tom. Just tested your tool. The idea is actually good. But as a SEO myself I tested quite some terms for past projects and I couldn't agree to a single one of them. For example: Dentist + (bigger) City for ~700$. Also real estate Agent + (bigger) City ~600$. This is not even close to a budget it really takes to get there (imho).
