I'm an individual contractor working from Colombia, deel is been consistent and very easy to use, they pay on time (99% of times, unless something extraordinary happens, but that also depends if your client sent the money to deel on time) and the withdraw process usually takes just 1 business day so you don't have to wait a lot for your money, I would recommend it to anyone that wants to work with a foreign company!
