It is terrible. It was pitched as part of Profit First methodology and doesnt even do the basics of what's required to effectively execute that business management or profit management approach. There are no automated transfers between accounts and your "envelopes" are a joke. On top of which the customer care is shoddy and there are fees for things there just shouldn't be fees for. I'm closing my acct today.
