Listen, this is a crowdfunded startup. Anyone complaining here is due to waiting. The product is solid, some kinks like 5g compatibility workarounds. The design is beautiful. I'm glad I purchased this and bravo to the company for pulling this off after COVID!
If you're skeptical, it's a real product and it does work well! Be patient and trust they are a team of people trying to make a successful, educational tool for everyone who loves nature. They need trust from the public and awareness that such things take time and patience!
I'm impressed and yes mine took months to get, but I knew it was for reasons out of their control via common sense. :-)
