I absolutely LOVE this app! I find breathwork to be such a powerful tool for me and my mental health. I love how the app is broken down in different categories, Up, Down, and All Around etc. In my experience, breathwork is a lot more approachable than meditation and I find it a lot easier to get into a meditative state during a guided breathwork.
