I know this is a review of the product but i just want to give a shout out to the devlopers behind the project. The guys at BeRocker have been a pleasure to work with. They are very receptive about feedback and do their best to implement ideas as quickly as possible. On the software end of things I am torn. On one hand I want to sing the praises about what BeRocker CRM has done for my business but on the other it feels like an industry cheat code that I want to keep to myself. That being said, BeRocker has streamlined our workflow significantly. The UI is easy to navigate and it provides all the tools that a broker in the transport industry would need to be succesful. From the AI tools to the ability to centralize all customer communication in one place its a dream come true for my small business. I only imagine how well this would scale with a large company. This was the easiest 5 stars for me to give to a product.
