These people can turn on subscription which you have cancelled and have a email confirmation for the same. This company cannot be trusted as a they added a subscription after two months of me cancelling my account and it being dormant since then. Was shocked to see an invoice billed to my card and upon checking there is a subscription that has magically appeared and valid for the next 29 days and will be renewed. I've cancelled again and requested a refund. I've got umpteen emails which all looks autogenerated. The email content blames their auto-payment server error. This platform is expensive and on top of that charging a premium for a subscription we didn't consent to. Fraudster company. Stay Away from it.
