Very Solid - fast - email product and the web app is very well designed. Only challenge is falling behind on AI and other inbox connectors, due to big tech companies not fully supporting some standards to lock them out

Didn't want to be locked in to getting all other office services from Google or Microsoft, and at the time I joined it was easiest to set-up with own domain name.
