no at all user friendly. Hard to set up and if looses connection difficult to re-establish. Customer service is a joke. You write to them and get a response - "we got you question - will get back to you in about 7 days" They have a facebook group BUT they sereen each attempt to post and will not allow the slightest negative. If you have a problem and post - I'm having this problem - how do others deal with it -- The send you a note that that you posting was reviewed and posting was declined. The use interface is very cute - probably set up for a 6-9 yr old but not very functional. If you save many images - no way to do mass deletion - must delete 1 by 1 95% of my visitors are the same species - yet it mis ID"ing them at least 50% of time Getting food into back of device is awkward - They include a special cop to use but it doesn't work well Hard to get last 10-15% of bird seed out of it into feeding vault. As others have said - Great concept - unfortunately application no very good Latest system review helped. Still poor battery life - I added a solar panel which helps.
