Product Manager & Starting ML Engineer

About

I'm Stalingrad Dollosa, a developer based in the Philippines who builds end to end, from data pipelines to machine learning to native apps. Before LocalForge, I built Curricalign, a BERT-powered system that shows universities where their syllabi have drifted from what employers actually need, and HiWay, a mobile platform tackling the Philippines' skills mismatch by guiding provincial job seekers toward roles they qualify for. Same instinct every time: find where a trusted system has quietly stopped matching reality, then build the fix. I currently work in agentic project management at Hoversight AI Agency and ship solo.

Bernn - Cloud & API Spending in one app - API & Cloud Spending Tracker with Alerts & Anomaly Detection

Bernn shows your AWS, Anthropic, and OpenAI spend in one app, as a single number. Set a budget and get a notification before you cross it, plus a warning when your daily spend suddenly spikes. I built it after an OpenAI bill of $90+ and an Anthropic bill of $250+ caught me off guard. It's read-only, so it can never change or spend anything on your accounts. Free to start, for solo developers and indie hackers who want to catch surprise bills early. Now live on the App Store.

LocalForge - The last line of defence before your code hits git history

You're working fast or vibe-coding, the LLM is shipping faster than you can review, and three days later you're rotating AWS keys at 2am. LocalForge intercepts every git commit before it finalises. 3 layers: Rust regex blocks secrets in <1ms, CoreML on the Neural Engine catches unsafe patterns statistically, and a local Qwen LLM reviews your diff like a human and it's all fully offline on Apple Silicon. Nothing leaves your Mac.

6y ago, Mailwarm was #1 on PH. Today, we’re launching Mailwarm 2.0. First again ?

Hey Product Hunt

Almost 6 years ago, @Mailwarm launched here.

Back then, the idea was simple: help teams warm up their inboxes and build sender reputation before scaling email.

That launch changed a lot for us.
Mailwarm became #1 Product of the Day and Product Hunt helped us get our first real wave of visibility, users, and feedback.
