What's great
Our team has been using this for a few weeks. What's been compelling is the ability to not worry about taking notes and just focus on the conversation without worrying that things will be forgotten. As we continue to use it, we've realized how much more powerful it is. It creates questions relevant to the role so we know we are asking the right ones and we are doing it consistently across candidates.
This is a game changer for the team. It's a way for us to use AI to enable us to be more efficient, but to allow the hiring experts on the team to do the strategic work they were hired to do rather than tasks. This is already saving us time and helping drive better decision making.
What needs improvement
We had some initial issues with calls connecting mainly due to spam filters on cell phones but this issue has been resolved.
