Everything I need is centralized onto their platform which is super convenient! I can easily create contracts with just a few clicks, they handle all of my workers' onboarding and their payroll seamlessly each month, I can track/manage my workers' payroll adjustments and time-off directly, I am a huge fan of the free integrations with other applications I use, and most importantly their onboarding and customer success teams are helpful, attentive and responsive! The products that Deel offers are definitely worth the price because it saves me a lot of time, they handle most of the hassles and take on all liability under EOR and Shield models which is awesome!
