My overall experience with MyDesigns has been transformative—I can hardly imagine my work without it. Yes, bugs and occasional issues arise, and shipment delays can be frustrating (even though they’re often beyond MyDesigns’ direct control), but I appreciate how rapidly the company moves forward. This platform has fundamentally changed the way I work by consolidating everything in one place. Over more than a year, I've seen MyDesigns evolve tremendously. One area for improvement would be fostering closer communication between print providers and MyDesigns support. When technical issues impact orders, it would help if they reached out proactively, instead of me having to investigate the reasons for delays. Still, MyDesigns has taken leaps ahead in functionality. Comparing it to other platforms, it’s not that they’re slightly behind in features; they often lack features altogether. The MyDesigns team's constant updates, frequent releases of new products, and their leadership’s open communication with clients really set them apart. It’s this dedication to improvement that keeps me confident and motivated, even during challenging times!
