Mag fast is a start up company. I ordered my products close to 2 years ago, and expected the products to be in hand before now. But they have done a great job communicating and explaining all of the issues that have caused the delays. The few times that I have reached out to Customer Service, I have gotten a prompt response. I am excited to receive the products… hopefully soon!
