A few days ago I shared I’m building Pracal a tool to analyze videos before posting. 20 creators sent their videos. I reviewed them manually. Patterns: 80%+ drop in first 3s weak/unclear hooks = #1 reason even good videos fail without curiosity upfront Small changes in the opening = huge retention shift. Building this to make that analysis faster.

Short-form content is exploding, but so is the competition. Most videos don’t fail because the idea is bad they lose people in the first few seconds.
