
For me it is the worst nightmare when it comes to screen recording and customer service. I use it to record my phone interviews for my online channel and I ended making so much losses. I accidentally subscribed for the annual plan and that was a mistake I will always regret having done. I would never subscribe to visla on annual plan ever again and I consider some better options. For me, using screen recording services, is a complete waste of money.
