HireOnix.ai finally brings actual engineering infrastructure to the job hunt. The market is completely broken right now, and candidates are typically forced to pay a ridiculous 'fragmentation tax'—buying a separate resume builder, an isolated ATS scanner, and a messy tracking spreadsheet just to apply for roles.
HireOnix consolidates all of that into a single, unified 'Career OS.' What makes it genuinely fantastic is the Semantic Engine. It doesn't just use AI to 'hallucinate' fake corporate paragraphs that sound like a robot. Instead, it extracts your actual, raw technical experience and mathematically scores it against the Job Description so you can easily bypass rigid enterprise ATS firewalls. It gave me total visibility into exactly why I was previously getting auto-rejected.
What needs improvement
Two things I'd love to see on the roadmap:
A native Chrome Extension that automatically scrapes the Job Description directly from LinkedIn or Workday and pulls it into the HireOnix ATS Scoring matrix, skipping the copy/paste step.
While the semantic engine is insanely powerful for Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Tech roles, adding deeper out-of-the-box support templates for standard B2B Sales or Finance roles would be a massive win as the platform scales.

Jobscan is just an isolated scanner that doesn't let you natively build. Teal feels like an overwhelming spreadsheet. HireOnix is the only platform I found that natively unifies the Resume Builder, the real-time ATS Semantic Scoring, and the Behavioral Interview Prep into one single, cohesive engine. It's the only tool that feels like it's actively protecting the candidate from the algorithm
