I built Nottez because I was paying for three tools that never talked to each other: a whiteboard for thinking, a board for what I had to do, and a spreadsheet pretending to be a CRM for the people paying me. Every Monday I copied things between them by hand.
Nottez is those three in one account:
Canvas an infinite board with 14 kinds of card: notes, checklists, tables, maps, images, link previews, timers, sub-boards. Join them with arrows and draw over everything.
Three workspaces that share one account: an infinite canvas for thinking, a
workflow board for doing, and a CRM for the people paying you. Works on the
web and on your phone, in 11 languages. Free plan, no card. 7 days free on Pro.
I ve been working on an infinite canvas workspace designed to combine visual planning with lightweight CRM tooling.
Why I Built It
Most workspace tools force you into either rigid tables/databases or completely unstructured whiteboards. I wanted something in between: a spatial canvas where you can freely map ideas, workflows, and node graphs, but with structured tools attached to keep track of clients, tasks, and project relationships.
