Personally, I've noticed I don't read documentation like before. I prompt and paste. That shift feels small but multoplied across millions of developers, it's huge. If open-source dies quietly, AI tools will eventually run out of fresh foundations to build on.
Vibe coding is thriving. The tools powering it are quietly dying.
