Feels like a scam. They have removed the cancel plan option from their website and customer service is very unresponsive. I feel like I'm just trapped in their subscription forever when i dont need anymore exspenive plastic flavor tubes coming to my house. Tastes like a cheap kool aid packet. Its basically just like the flovared vape pen of water. Also coming from metal water bottles I am not a fan of having to suck the water out. It can make an annoying sound while sipping. The plastic can turn inside out and poke at your tounge while drinking. I highly suggest avoiding this product.
