
I’ve had my Waggle for a few years. I use it from around May to November- while we are competing in dog sports. I really like that I don’t need to be super close to check it. Sometimes it seems like it doesn’t update temps well- but when this happens it seems to be in heavily populated shows, where I’m guessing it’s just slow.
Last fall I accidentally forgot to cancel the subscription and was able to get it refunded right away and canceled. I’ve had great luck with customer service.
More excited since I have a new car and I can leave it plugged in to the charger while in the car.
