They don't send reminders of autoships, and the moment an order was processed, I contacted them to cancel it, they said it is impossible. So beware, if you forget, you'll not be able to get your money back. Terrible to not get reminders, they took planned bill money out of my account now. :( no way to get it back. These products are not worth the money.
