I design products, and then I build them. Right now that's Stage: the whole team collaborates and catalyse decison making. Stage gets your AI to fix the comments, and design and product sign off on the exact version. I built all of it myself: the app, the Claude and Cursor integration, the CLI, sign-off, the Linear and Jira hand-off, and the website. I've spent 6+ years shipping products at Flipkart, The Economic Times, Spinny and Meraki Labs, and lead product at Leverage Edu. Somewhere along the way, I stopped handing off designs and started shipping them. Most days I'm building on ideas that intrigue me. Creative feedback is a PROBLEM! How are people handling it?

I run multi-client creative work (video, ad scripts, photography) and feedback always ends up scattered across WhatsApp, email, and Figma comments. Half the time nobody's sure which version actually got approved.
Curious how others handle this, especially freelancers and small agencies juggling several clients at once.
Is your bottleneck getting clear feedback, keeping versions straight, or something else entirely?
