After the reviews, I have not had this many problems as others. I have been using my stainless steel bottle for over a year now. I had a problem with drinking plain water, so I started drinking these cirkul flavors, which the fruit flavors are the best. By using this bottle has help me with drinking plain water. I would drink the flavor cartridge, when I'm done with the cartridge, if there was water still in my cup I would dial to 0 and drink the rest of the water without the flavor. It really helps you to get use to drinking plain water. I have no problems with auto shipment. I wish everyone could see the advantages of there Cirkul cup. Trust the process. Its to help you get the water intake you need on a daily basis.
