Abysmal support and service plague this company. My attempts to receive assistance via email, Twitter, and LinkedIn have yielded radio silence. Even worse, on the rare occasion I do get a response, I'm told my trial has expired – despite having paid for a full month's subscription. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for a professional service.
