What's great

Because it actually removes the most frustrating part of RFP work—repetition. Instead of rewriting the same answers for every proposal, I can reuse content from the library and build responses much faster.

The AI draft feature also gives a strong starting point, so I’m not staring at a blank page every time.

Plus, the Go/No-Go evaluation helps us avoid wasting time on opportunities that aren’t a good fit.

Overall, it makes the whole RFP process more structured, faster, and less manual—which is exactly what we needed.

What needs improvement

At this stage, nothing significant stands out. The platform already delivers strong value with its structured workflows, AI support, and overall ease of managing RFPs. Any future updates would just enhance an already solid experience.

vs Alternatives

We looked at a few other proposal and RFP tools, plus just sticking with our existing setup (Google Docs + spreadsheets). Some tools were decent for proposal writing, but most of them were focused only on the response side and didn’t really help with the full process.

What stood out with RFP360 was that it’s more structured and actually supports the full workflow—from analyzing the RFP to drafting and managing responses in one place. It also felt more practical for day-to-day use compared to tools that are either too basic or too complex to adopt quickly.

In the end, it came down to choosing something that would reduce manual effort and scale with our RFP volume, instead of just adding another tool to the stack.
