I feel like that kind of problems partially are solved in a book that is called "The Mom Test: How to talk to your customers". From my experience I did spent 6 months building app in solo for invoicing, I thought it was useful, but I kinda burned out of it and stopped. Now working on completely different project, not event IT related

That is really nice tool, I would love to have some features like combination suggestions and auto add calendar reminders for them, cause as far as I know, some supplements should not be taken together
