Tolerance is a browser extension that scores every post in your feed by how hard it's trying to manipulate you, then blurs the worst offenders.
The longer you scroll, the more gets blurred. You leave because you're bored, not because an app blocked you.
Why it works:
Blocking apps fail because they create craving.
Tolerance uses extinction instead: remove the reward, and the habit fades. You still open Twitter. You just close it in seconds because there's nothing there. BYOK, YT, Insta, reddit.
