I’m Timon, a solo builder creating Loop, a desktop workspace for Claude Code, Codex and Hermes. I started building it because I wanted my agents, conversations and project knowledge in one place, with a workspace I could make my own. A big part of the work is helping agents pick up decisions made in other sessions without me explaining everything again. I share progress, experiments and the things that don’t work along the way.
