Safari has the best Reading Mode. But what if you use Chrome?
This Chrome extension provides you with the same experience. Native fonts. Clean view. Dark mode. No fiddly settings. Looks great.
Is it unique? Not really. But I went through a dozen of options on the Chrome Web Store and didn't like a single one of them.

I built this extension for myself because nothing I've tried on the Chrome Web Store looked like I wanted. I use this practically every day because most websites, especially news media, don't give you a good experience. Filled with ads, floating elements, use bad fonts and don't respect you at all. Thanks to Claude Code!

I guess the only question what ensures this app can operate near-indefinitely, right?

Excited to finally see some evolution in read-it-later apps! Now the only thing I need is a web app :)

Sounds really interesting! A few questions: 1) Will it keep updated with the latest Chrome version? 2) Are you planning to have mobile versions so I could sync data between them? Or does it sync to Google just like regular Chrome?

Mailbrew is great for removing the anxiety of endless feeds. It collects info for me, basically recreate The Feed from Hey in Gmail so I can digest newsletters more easily and now provides a clear workflow to read articles I save for later without cluttering my to-do list.

Obsidian is one of the best apps I discovered recently and almost immediately become a core part of my workflow despite its early stage. It's a personal knowledge system built to last: proprietary formats provide advantages but end up locking you in it – especially when it's about a monthly subscription. Obsidian is built on plain Markdown files that can be accessed by any app and are unlikely...

A suggestion to your onboarding workflow – I went through all steps (which isn't typical of me) but I'm still not sure how should I use it properly. Maybe leave some pre-filled notes in a certain structure to demonstrate that live?

Was wondering when someone would do that :) If you add shortcuts for some Gmail functions that don't have them yet and natural language processing for time in Snooze/Send later features it'd be even closer.

1. Find relevant reporters who wrote about this field a lot (maybe covered your competitors). 2. Decide if you want to go with a single exclusive article (bigger chance to land a big publication) or an embargoed outreach (you might get more coverage if you tell ask them to accept a certain embargo time/date first but they also might pass more easily). 3. Write a short pitch that tells a story....
How do you reach out to media/journalists for coverage of your startup?

Paulo, the new version looks really good! I remember Secrets when it was first announced but decided to keep 1Password then. Now it makes me think. It's not that clear from the website if the iOS app uses the new password API or only works via the share sheet — could you clarify please?
