Claude Code's native subagent architecture and deep-context understanding made it the perfect foundation for /dev. Its ability to spawn isolated worker processes in git worktrees, combined with Anthropic's Claude model quality, meant we could build a real multi-agent engineering SOP on top of it — something no other tool supports as elegantly.
