The backoffice is horrendous - everyone is raving about the product, but totally overlooking customer service. The founders don't even respond to negative feedback on this site. I'm glad I never deposited money because I see I avoided another headache. These " app banks" are becoming a dime a dozen. I'm going to stick with the brands I know for my business.
