What's great
I love Craft.do and used it for my second brain with the PARA system, see screenshot (sorry it's in Spanish):

I love it as it has some of the options that Notion offers (but without the learning curve) and it's more visually than Google Docs.
Plus I can customize it with colours, and many things.
4.5 🌟 100% recommended.
What needs improvement
I think a major improvements will be that for Mac is great (I use a M4 for work and in my iPad), buuuuut there is no app for Android. Yeah, I haven't given my complete marketer soul to Apple's ecosystem and got an S25+. It's a pain that there is no app for it, and if I want to do check something is via web.
vs Alternatives
A friend recommended the tool. He showed me how he built his second brain on Craft.do. I was soooo in love with the visual options and easy to use platform, that I fell in love with the tool. Very recommended, as it's easier than Notion (I also used this for many things, and will review it shortly) and more customizable than Google Docs.
I use it as well for Client's documents & procedures and it's great. Better than the other 2 options mentioned.

What's great
I love Transcript.lol and have been using it for a while (since June 2024). As a Spanish speaker, it helps me a lot transcribing from English to Spanish, and it's extremely accurate, even with strong/difficult accents. It's very easy to use. I have different folders depending on topic and language, and visually is great to keep it tidy. Customer support (when contacted one to check if a feature was removed) was also great.
For me, there are two main reasons why it's not a 5 star, and both are related to what I had before.
Last year, I could watch the video with the translations at the same time (this saved me a lot of time to upload SRT to another platform to watch a video with no subtitles incorporated). This feature was taking away in 2025, and for me it was an amazing feature.
The second is regarding the download options that have been changed with time. Despite being an inherited old Tier-4. Not a big deal, but a bit annoying: for example, pushing the branding on docs which as a marketer, I totally understand to increase Brand Awareness. However, for me, as I purchased one of the highest tier when available which included no-branding downloads (and anyway I use it for more learning development) definetely isn't worth it to pay more anyway for this and just adds noise/annoyance.
Anyway, overall for me is 4.5 stars :) I'm very happy with this software.
vs Alternatives
I saw the reviews in 2024 which were great and decided to try Tier 1. I was so happy with how it worked that I upgraded to Tier 4 a few months later.
