Solo dev from Israel just launched an AI mock interviewer 🎙️
... Product Hunt! I'm Doron, solo developer from Israel. I just launched
InterviewAI
an AI that conducts real mock interviews with voice. It asks you questions out loud, listens to your answers, gives follow-up pressure questions, and then gives detailed feedback on what you did well and what to improve. Built it because I failed a few interviews myself despite knowing the material. Nerves + no practice = disaster. No signup required, completely free ... ... Would love to connect with other solo builders here Comment from Rian Robertson(@rianbrob): Hey Doron...congrats on launching

How do you decide what features should be free and what should be paid?
... have time to use it within the first 3 days. When I circle back to try it 10 days later (when I really have time), the trial has already expired. Maybe A/B testing day-based trials
versus
usage-based (like using units) trials would be an interesting experiment :) Comment from Nika(@busmark_w_nika): @pavel_build Is there any way you can track those paid users who subscribed just because some free user referenced the product? Comment from Nika ... ... from Nika(@busmark_w_nika): @adi_leviim Thank you! :) Comment from Nika(@busmark_w_nika): @adi_leviim Cool! Can you pls share that subreddit? :) Comment from Priyanka Gosai(@priyanka_gosai1): For us, the split is between access

What are you building, and what does your stack look like?
... going about it -- I'd love to connect for some quick calls to learn about your product and talk about your process in building it! Comment from Vihaan Kodiganti(@vsync_66): Hi... I'm building LeoIgnite AI, an
alternative
to generic mental health apps/chatbots. For the app, I've made it web based. Particularly through Lovable's natural language app builder (aka vibe-coding). I'm running the website on a Supabase backend, with Gemini as my primary ... ... auth its just device id stored in keychain no accounts needed which keeps onboarding super minimal biggest challenge has been text extraction different sites block scrapers differently. revenucat for subscriptions has been great tbh, saves a ton of time

I'm good at building. Marketing is a different story.
... exactly did you set up the team of agents? Using Clawdbot? Comment from Krisna Wiyana(@krisnawiyana): @retzero Totally agree, there s so much advice out there and half the challenge is figuring out what actually works
vs
what just sounds good in theory. I m still learning as I go as well. Will definitely share when mine is live. Good luck with the launch of Unravl. it s cool seeing more builders putting their work out there. Comment from ... ... progress stacks quicker than it feels. Keep going! Comment from Doron Sun(@doron_sun): This is literally me 6 months ago What helped me was just launching anyway and figuring out marketing as I go. Just launched
