When the webcam is enabled, it can "read" non-verbal communication (facial expressions, etc.), and it can talk with some expressions. I think that it can be possible in the future when used correctly, but not for now. And of course, not everybody ... ... Decagon save large enterprises too much time, money, and human capital.
