Transparency attracts talent

Use your team to attract top talent
The Org was founded by makers Christian Wylonis and Andreas Jarbol in 2017 with a mission to make organizations more transparent, and to create more connected and equitable professional communities. Until now, it’s been doing so primarily through public org charts, updated by publicly available information and a community of contributors.
Today, they’re relaunching as The Org 2.0, a free-to-use employer branding and talent recruitment platform.
Talent attracts talent: A company’s team is its greatest asset, and top candidates do their research. Highlighting your employees in a public org chart converts because “talent attracts talent,” according to co-founder Christian Wylonis. “One of the most frequent questions we get is why companies would want to have a public org chart. The most obvious answer is to attract more talent, similar to why individuals want to have a public resume on LinkedIn.”
Public org charts: By posting job vacancies in context directly on a public org chart, companies can give candidates more context about the role and the team they’ll be working with, resulting in increased conversion and retention rates.
Considering last year’s push for salary transparency and job grading, transparent org charts don’t feel like too far of a leap. Org 2.0 is already being used by Deel and a number of other high-growth startups, and its makers are keen to hear feedback from the community on their updated value proposition.
Will public org charts become the new norm in employer branding?
Share agents, not your machine

CoChat connects your local OpenClaw to a shared workspace so your team can run agents together, review outputs side-by-side, and iterate in real time — no SSH access to your laptop required.
Bring every instance into one hub: local OpenClaw, KiloClaw, multiple machines. Same agents, shared context, zero stepping on toes. Don’t want it running on personal devices? Deploy managed, containerized OpenClaw instances with real access controls.
Claude, GPT, Gemini — switch models mid-conversation and compare outputs in one thread.
