One of my main resolutions this year was to take better care of my health. I’m not getting any younger, and tech is a pretty sedentary industry to work in. Additionally, Bright's meal logging feature provides a nutritional breakdown of each meal to help you understand not just calorie intake but the balance of proteins, fats, etc, so you can fine-tune your diet.
