Talk Your Way to Automation

gm legends, happy Wednesday.

Here’s today’s lineup: CodeWords lets you skip flowcharts and build automations by just telling Cody, its workflow buddy, what you want done; In Your Face for iOS hijacks your screen with full-blown meeting reminders so you can’t dodge your calendar; Bult clears the pain out of CI/CD with instant pipelines, one-click deployments, and a Canvas UI that shows what’s going on without drowning you in YAML.

P.S. Building something new? Tell us about it → editorial@producthunt.co 🫶

Stop Babysitting Workflows

CodeWords lets you skip the endless clicking around in no-code builders. You just tell Cody, the built-in workflow buddy, what you want and it wires things together across tools like Slack and Gmail. No visual spaghetti, no digging through menus, just say it and test it.

🔥 Our Take: Most automation tools promise “easy” and then dump you in a maze of boxes and arrows. This one actually feels like outsourcing the boring part. You still need an idea worth automating, but at least you don’t waste a weekend pretending you like flowcharts.

Meetings You Can’t Escape

In Your Face for iOS doesn’t bother with subtle reminders. Instead of a polite ping or a banner you’ll ignore, it hijacks your whole screen when it’s time to jump on a call. You can choose which calendars it should watch and which events deserve the full-screen treatment, but once it’s set, there’s no ducking it.

🔥 Our Take: Calendar alerts are way too easy to snooze or swipe away. This app goes the opposite direction and forces you to deal with it. It’s annoying-as-a-service, but maybe that’s the point. For chronic latecomers, this is less a productivity hack and more a public shaming device that keeps you from ghosting your own meetings.

DevOps, Deleted

Bult cuts out the grind of CI/CD. Hook up your GitHub repo or Docker image and it builds a working pipeline on the spot. From there you can deploy, spin up databases, track logs, and keep things secure without spending days wrestling with YAML files or cloud configs. The Canvas UI shows everything in plain view so you’re not lost in menus and dashboards.

🔥 Our Take: CI/CD is supposed to be the boring part, but it’s where half your time disappears. This strips it back to a single step so you can actually ship instead of arguing with your infrastructure. It’s not promising magic, just less misery. And less misery sounds like progress.

FROM THE FORUMS

YC’s 9 Most Wanted

Nika rounds up the startups that got the most attention at YC’s Summer 2025 Demo Day. Out of 160+ launches, the nine that stood out leaned heavily into AI agents and infrastructure. Think billing layers, plug-and-play agent builders, and insurance tools that go after real-world headaches. The list shows what investors are circling: less shiny apps, more guts of the system.
