Mito Health’s Concierge lets you design a fully custom blood panel instead of picking from rigid preset bundles. You tell their AI doctor what you are optimizing for – fasting, hormones, performance, longevity, whatever – and it builds a biomarker list around that, priced from about fifty dollars. You book once at one of 2000+ US labs, get results in around two days, and see everything interpreted in plain language with exportable data for your own tools.

🔥 Our Take: This is clearly made for people who already spend too much on labs and still walk away missing the five markers they actually cared about. You set the goal, it handles the panel and logistics, and you stop juggling multiple orders and random PDFs just to run one experiment on yourself. If you are deep in protocol land, this feels like the sane way to keep poking at it.

Ashutosh Raj from Clueso shared what he learned talking to 100+ marketers, PMs, CS folks, and founders about why they are not making more product videos. The surprise: almost nobody blamed editing or design. The real blocker was not knowing what to say. People open a recorder, stare at the cursor, and freeze because they are unclear on who the video is for, what it should make viewers feel, or whether it is a quick overview or a deep walkthrough.

He calls it a clarity problem pretending to be a production problem and asks the community where they actually get stuck: before hitting record, somewhere in the planning, or in the edit. 🔥 Our Take: This is the thing people joked about when they said “AI cofounder,” except it is actually answering investors and touching real money. The wild part is less whether it works today and more what your job even looks like if this stops being a demo and starts being normal.

Custom Agents are Notion’s always-on automations that behave like teammates inside your workspace. You give each one a job, connect it to the right pages and tools like Slack, Mail, Calendar, Linear or GitHub, and let it run on triggers or schedules to answer questions, route tasks, and post reports while you do other things. Business and Enterprise workspaces can use them free until May 3 2026, after that runs draw from a shared pool of Notion credits.

🔥 Our Take: This is the first time the AI in Notion actually gets to move around on its own instead of waiting for you to click a button. If you already live in Notion all day, a couple of agents quietly clearing tickets and posting updates is a much better upgrade than yet another chat box. The only real work left is deciding which annoying chores you are finally ready to give up.
