Websites, creatures, shrimp
gm legends
Today: tell a website what's wrong with it and watch it fix itself, a small animal that lives in your MacBook notch and eats your files, and Alibaba's answer to Suno, which arrived with a record label already signed.
Sider Code β Reshape any website with plain words via Sider extension
Sider Code is a browser extension you tell, in plain English, what's wrong with the page in front of you, and it writes the code that fixes it and keeps it fixed next time. Hide Shorts on YouTube, put a summary button on a long article, flatten four hundred Reddit comments into a map of who thinks what. Doing any of that used to mean writing a userscript and then repairing it every time the site touched its markup, and of course, the first thing half the comments asked was whether it kills ads.
Notchling β A little creature that lives in your MacBook notch
Notchling is a creature that lives in your MacBook notch, and where every other notch app turns that hole into a dashboard, this one is a someone. Drag a file at it and it opens its mouth, gulps, and holds onto it until you drag it back out. It blinks, startles when you fling the cursor at it, dozes off when you leave, and at critical battery it shoots one worried glance at your battery icon and then never mentions it again, from the same maker as the desk monsters that show what your Claude Code agents are doing.
Happy Shrimp β Alibaba's AI music generator for turning ideas into songs
Happy Shrimp is Alibaba's AI song generator: give it a mood, a story, or a line about the instrumentation you want, and it comes back with lyrics, vocals and arrangement, or you bring your own words and direct it properly. Early tests have it clean on city pop, R&B and country ballads, and coming apart on genre mashups. Alibaba signed Taihe Music Group for artist co-creation before the beta even opened, and with Suno and Udio having spent two years in court with the labels, that makes this the first big one to turn up with a label already on side.
