This sdk saved me so much time, especially considering the time it'd take me to go from knowing little to being an expert on WebRTC. WebRTC is hard. 100ms makes it not hard. What's really special about this sdk is the flexibility, and simplicity of the api. It doesn't assume my UI, and its primitives can support a wide variety of UX. Also the team is always there to assist you and that feels good.
