As someone who knows how extremely difficult and expensive it can be to identify fake followers through our experience at Modash Influencer Search , This product makes me very nervous. I think you should share how you identify fake followers. I suggest NOONE pay for this until there is a viable explanation for how fake followers are identified.

@avery_schrader Geat input Avery! There's a downloadable pdf at the footer to better understand how we categorise them as ghost followers or not (now I know it shouldn't be at the bottom XD). But since there's no definite checklist, we are still trying to figure out Instagram. Thanks for your perspective 👍🏼

@marisolsita197 I think you should be a bit more transparent here. Maybe I'm being a bit of a scrooge i don't know. It feels like the right thing to say why i'm nervous here. Some ideas: 1) Offer an example report downloadable and put that "understanding your remove PDF more visibly on the screen. 2) Don't say you're not a third party app, you are by definition a third party app and this seems like a disingenuous attempt to fool people who might not understand the definitions correctly. 3) Be clear about what you mean by a "ghost follower" for us, a fake follower is someone who is not a human, but a robot. Your definition of a "ghost follower" includes (but isn't limited to) having numbers in the username. This in my opinion is not correct and you should give the consumer the opportunity to make the decision to buy based on your definitions.
